  1.                   THE ORIGIN AND MEANING OF:

  10. The KRILL papers seemingly came out of nowhere and have 
  11. stirred up a small hornets nest of speculation.  Who is O. H. 
  12. Krill?  Is the information correct?  Are parts of the text 
  13. correct and parts incorrect?  Where did the papers come from? 
  14. I am going to answer SOME of those questions in this file.

  16. When the aliens landed at Holloman AFB in the 60's a basic 
  17. communication was established  between the United States 
  18. Government and the aliens.  During this communication a basic 
  19. agreement was reached which was the precursor for the formal 
  20. treaty and the diplomatic relations which followed. 
  21.  
  22. The aliens left a hostage with the United States as a pledge 
  23. of fulfillment of their part of the agreement.  The name of 
  24. that hostage was KRLL and was sometimes spelled KRYL.  I will 
  25. refer to him as KRLL as this was the spelling used in the 
  26. MAJESTY documents which I saw.  This hostage furnished much 
  27. information about the aliens which became the foundation of 
  28. the "YELLOW BOOK" that was completed from information 
  29. obtained from the "GUESTS" at a later date.  In order that 
  30. this information could be circulated and discussed among the 
  31. military and the scientific community a pseudonym was coined 
  32. as a code for information which had originated from KRLL. 
  33. The code name for KRLL was Cril.  The initials O.  H.  stand 
  34. for "ORIGINAL HOSTAGE" 
  35.  
  36. All information thus circulated from the source KRLL was said 
  37. to be authored by O. H. Cril.  The information was usually of 
  38. scientific or seemingly occult nature and was sanitized so 
  39. that no inference to an alien race or culture occurred.  This 
  40. was done so that feedback and recommendations could be 
  41. gleaned from those experts who were not privy to the secret. 
  42. It was also used to pass technology from the aliens into the 
  43. defense contracting community and the U. S. Space program. 
  44.  
  45. KRLL became ill after a few years and almost died but was 
  46. nursed by a physician who eventually became the government 
  47. expert on alien medicine and pathology.  My information is 
  48. that KRLL did at some later date die.  The pseudonym 
  49. continued to be used for the same purpose for many years and 
  50. may or may not be in use at this time.

  52. The KRILL papers must have been authored by someone in the 
  53. government or military who knew this information because the 
  54. author O. H. Krill is an obvious take-off on O. H. Cril and 
  55. thus on KRLL.  I do not know who the author is and I do not 
  56. know if the material is directly from KRLL or not.  BUT IT IS 
  57. APPARENT THAT WHOEVER O. H. KRILL MAY BE HE DID KNOW THE 
  58. STORY OF KRLL.  In my opinion the origin of the material will 
  59. most probably be the object of much speculation.  I cannot 
  60. comment on the material which covers information that I have 
  61. never seen before, however I can and will say that much of it 
  62. is correct and agrees  with the information that I have 
  63. already released.

  65. I never saw the KRILL papers before in my life until the 
  66. Sysop of Paranet RHO called my attention to them in a file on 
  67. that board.  This occurred only a few days before Christmas 
  68. and I uploaded them to Ted Markley as soon as I could.  He 
  69. informed me however that he had already obtained them from 
  70. another source.
